Blake Tyler Flynn, 39, born on July 16, 1984, in Norfolk, Virginia, passed away at home in Virginia Beach, Virginia, on August 26, 2023.
Blake attended First Colonial High School. He dedicated his career to the art of landscaping. He found joy in working with plants and creating beautiful outdoor spaces. Beyond his professional life, Blake had a deep affection for animals, often finding more comfort and connection with them than with people. Fishing was another activity that brought him happiness.
Blake is preceded in death by his father, Michael P. Flynn; his grandparents, William Joseph and Anne Flynn; his cousins, Garrett Lightcap and Kiersten Flynn; and his uncle, Chip Laugerman. He leaves behind his loving mother, Kim Flynn, and his brother, Shane Roseboom. Additionally, Blake is survived by many caring aunts, uncles, and cousins who will forever hold him in their hearts.
