Darlinda Mae Bauernschmidt, 78, of Williamsburg, passed away on August 19, 2023.
Darlinda enjoyed art and could often be found painting, sewing, or crafting. She was a homemaker that dedicated her life to taking care of her family. She loved family events and spending time with her grandchildren.
She was such an inspiration to those who knew her. Her ability to rise to her physical challenges and her utmost faith in God set her apart. Her steadfast commitment to sharing God’s love and His plan with others was such a priority in her life. Her children and grandchildren were so blessed to have such a prayer warrior in their lives.
Darlinda is preceded in death by her parents, Melvin and Lila Schock. She is survived by her husband, William “Bill” Bauernschmidt; son David Bauernschmidt and his wife Melanie; daughter Becky Chapman and her husband, Lee; sister Melinda Raczkiewicz; and grandchildren, Jacob Chapman, Ashlyn Bauernschmidt, Matthew Chapman, and Sarah Bauernschmidt.
