Lorie Ellen Resh, beloved mother, grandmother, sister, and friend, passed away peacefully at her home in Virginia Beach, Virginia on July 6, 2023, surrounded by her family.
Lorie was born on February 10, 1959, in Norfolk, Virginia, to the late David L. Resh and Janet Sterman Resh. Her greatest pride and happiness came from being a grandmother to Keelan and Kennedy. Lorie cherished creating lasting memories that will be treasured forever.
Lorie is preceded in death by her parents, David L. Resh and Janet Sterman Resh, as well as her brother, Michael H. Resh. She is survived by her son, Joshua Resh; daughter, Taylor Resh; brothers, Alan Resh (Sharon) and Robert J. Resh (Julie); and grandchildren, Keelan and Kennedy.
Lorie’s wishes are for memorial donations to be directed to Jewish Family Service of Tidewater.
