Marie Elaine Ford was called home on Monday, March 6, 2023. She is preceded in death by her parents, three brothers, one sister, and a granddaughter, Samantha Lane.
She is survived by her husband of 44 years, Billy D. Ford; 2 sons, Edward (Ruth), Robert (Jane), daughter, Theresa (Archie); grandson, John (Kristy), granddaughter, Ashley, one great-grandson, Waylon; one sister, Rosemary Lovering; and a host of nieces and nephews. Also, faithful, and loyal friends, Henry and Gail Harris.
Marie loved her family and friends. She enjoyed having cookouts and special family events. She was always willing to help anyone in need even if she didn’t even know them.
The family wishes to thank Virginia Health Hospice for their care and support to Marie and the family during this time.
A celebration service will be held Saturday, March 18, 2023, 2pm at Calvary Baptist Church located at 1042 Penniman Rd., Williamsburg, VA.
