Princess Naiely Abigail Ortiz-Pagan, age 13, was granted her angel wings on February 21, 2023.
Naiely was born on November 1, 2009, in Waterbury, Connecticut, at Waterbury Hospital to Alibeth Pagan-Rodríguez and Jose Ortiz. Naiely was attending virtual school at Crittenden Elementary in Newport News, Virginia.
Naiely enjoyed traveling and creating memories with her family including but not limited to, Mom, Alibeth Pagan-Rodriguez, Father, Jose Ortiz, Oldest sister, Kailynn Rodrigues-Pagan, older sister, Bethany Ortiz-Pagan, and grandmother Irma Martinez. In her short but memorable life she had explored Florida, Pennsylvania, Georgia, Texas and New York. Her ultimate favorite expeditions included visiting her best friends Mickey Mouse and Minnie Mouse in Disney World. She enjoyed watching her favorite movies Moana and Frozen. Along with decorating her room, clothing and accessories with her fellow princess companions, Sofia the First, Moana, Anna and Elsa. Naiely loved to showcase her style with her amazing sneaker and jewelry collection. Naiely was loved by all who came in contact with her especially her fluffy ball, Bailey. She can rest easy that her two year old Laboradoodle granted as a gift from Make-a-Wish, will be cared for by her older sisters Bethany and Kailynn. Her laughter will continue to flood the minds of her loved ones and friends through memories.
Although her wings were granted far too soon, Naiely was a fighter despite all the odds against her. May she rest in peace with her Titi Sheila and Tio Johnny knowing that she will be dearly missed and forever loved.
There will be a visitation Sunday, March 5, 2023 from 1-3pm followed by a service at 3pm at Altmeyer Denbigh Chapel, 12893 Jefferson Ave. Newport News, VA 23608.
