CHARLES CITY — Janice Marlene Messer, 76, of Charles City VA, passed away Monday, April 18, 2022.
She is preceded in death by her daughter, Rose Ann Messer.
She was a housewife who enjoyed hunting, gardening, and riding outside on her golf cart.
Survivors include her husband, Arlie C. Messer; sister, Barbara J. Keith; grandchildren, Matthew C. Babb, Brandon W. Babb, granddaughter-in-law, Michelle E. Graves, and Brittany C. Babb; great grandchildren, Raychel K. Babb, Graycie R. Babb, Pheobe N. Graves, Brendan N. Babb, Matthew J. Babb , and Bradley S. Babb.
A service will be on Monday, April 25th at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Rd., Williamsburg, VA at 3:00PM.
The service will also be live-streamed at https://www.facebook.com/125632257490458 for those not able to attend.
