MATTAPONI — Terri Ann Talley, 56, of Mattaponi, Va. passed away February 6, 2022. She was a devoted grandmother who loved her family dearly. Terri enjoyed being in nature and working outside, so much so that she had been known to work into the evening hours under the high beams of her car’s headlights.
Terri was preceded in death by her father, James Moore. She is survived by her husband of 20 years, J. Will Talley; two daughters, April N. Bair and Jennifer Bair; four grandchildren, Ray D. Fitzgerald, Tayshawn M. Fitzgerald, Jaden Asher and Aaleyah Bair. A memorial service will be held at a later date.
