Raley Rabon Smith, 62, went to be with her beloved son, Rabon McKenzie Smith, Friday, March 8, 2019, after a short illness. Raley was born Jan. 14, 1957, at Bell Hospital. She graduated from Walsingham Academy.
Raley is survived by her sisters, Joy R. Taylor (C.W. “Skip”) and Vicki Adams. She is also survived by her former husband, Rabon’s father, Charles C. Smith; and numerous nieces and nephews.
A graveside service will be held at 2:30 p.m., Tuesday, March 12, at Williamsburg Memorial Park.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Children’s Hospital of the King’s Daughters.
