Norman Dean Harris, 64, of Chesapeake, VA, passed away June 19, 2018.
Born in Norfolk, VA, he was the son of Bette Williams and the late Frank Harris. He retired as a Norfolk Police Officer after 28 years of service and 14 years on the Dive Team.
Left to cherish his memory: his wife of 33 years, Cindy Kay Harris; sons, Jason and Robert Harris; and a sister, Diane Batts and husband, Lee.
