Billie Sue Ketaner, 61, passed away peacefully Sunday, Jan. 21, 2018.
Mrs. Ketaner was born Dec. 7, 1956, in Cincinnati, Ohio, to the late Carl and Carol Russell. Billie Sue loved life and loved meeting new people. She loved a good party and always brought a smile. If anyone knew Billie Sue, they knew right away it was her family and her love of animals that brought her smile out.
She will always be remembered as a loving mother, grandmother, sister and friend. She will be deeply missed.
Mrs. Ketaner is preceded in death by her loving husband, Joseph Ketaner.
Left to cherish her memory are two daughters, Michelle Bertham, and her husband, Robert, Rebecca Kaleda, and her husband, Martino; six grandchildren, Joshua Bertham, Kiresten Bertham, Tyler Petrozzo, Jasmine Petrozzo, Isabella Kaleda and Elisabetta Kaleda; two sisters, Kathy Hamilton, and her husband, Michael, Dawn Russell and Mr. Russell; and three brothers, Joe Russell, Rick Russell and Dave Russell, and his wife, Pam.
A graveside service will be held at 2 p.m., Wednesday, Jan. 24, at Princess Anne Memorial Park, 1110 N. Great Neck Road, Virginia Beach.
