Edward J. Manley Sr., 67, of Virginia Beach, Va., passed away on Aug. 8, 2016.
Born in Malden, Mass., he was the son of the late Lawrence and Betty Manley.
He was a retired engineer with Virginia Paving Company.
Left to cherish his memory are his wife, Bonnie V. Manley; daughter, Heather Rardon (Dustin); son, Eddie Manley; sister, Charlene Marino (Michael); brother, Robert Manley; and grandchildren, Trent and Corrine Rardon, and Savannah Manley.
A memorial service will be at 1 p.m. Friday, Aug. 12, 2016, at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, 1264 Great Neck Road, Virginia Beach, Va. Burial will be private.
