William John ‘B.C.’ Carroll, 75, passed away Wednesday, March 9, 2016. Born in Chicago, Ill., to the late William Carroll and Helen Carroll Tibbs, William was preceded in death by a sister, Marilyn Carroll Banker.
B.C. was a loving husband to Susan T. Carroll. He is also survived by his brother, Tom; children, Billy and Hope; stepchildren, Christine, Barbara (Tom), Cindy (Johnny) and Jimmy (Michelle); and nieces, nephews, grandchildren, great-grandchildren and other loving relatives and devoted friends.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, March 14, at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Kempsville Chapel, Virginia Beach. A memorial graveside service will be held at 2 p.m. Wednesday, March 16, at Albert G. Horton Jr. Memorial Veterans Cemetery, 5310 Milners Road, Suffolk.
