Melanie-Agnes Mary Patterson, passed away on January 11, 2016. She was predeceased by her father Don J. Patterson, Sr. and is survived by her mother Patricia Y. Patterson, a brother Don Jay Patterson, Jr.and a very special friend David Payne.
She was a 1984 graduate of First Colonial High School and attended Tidewater Community College, where she majored in Geriatric Care. She was a dog and hedgehog lover.
A private family service will be held at a later date and will be officiated by the Reverend Jesse Lassiter. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Virginia Beach Rescue Squad.
