She was a former resident of Woodstock, VA before moving to the Peninsula in 1965.
Faye was preceded in death by her parents Willard and LaRue Rickard and her husband Richard B. Miller.
She is survived by two sons, Greg Miller and his wife Cheryl of Yorktown and Brad Miller and his wife Michelle of Grafton; a daughter Beth Townsley and her husband Ed of Portsmouth; six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
A graveside service will be held at noon Sunday, December 6, 2015, at Peninsula Memorial Park. The family will receive friends from 4 to 6 p.m. Saturday, December 5, at Amory Funeral Home, Grafton.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Peninsula SPCA, 523 J. Clyde Morris Blvd., Newport News, VA, 23601.
