Edreth M. “MIM” Egan died Sunday, Nov. 15, 2015, at Mary Immaculate Hospital. She was 78.
Edreth was a native of Upper Darby, Pennsylvania and a former resident of Collingdale, Pennsylvania and Essington, Pennsylvania before moving to Yorktown in 2001.
She was a former hair dresser and retired from Aero Link in 1998. She was a loving and devoted wife, mother, grandmother, sister and dear friend to many. She enjoyed reading and loved her dogs, Chrissie and Pepper.
She is survived by her husband of 28 years, Thomas Albert Egan, of Yorktown; a daughter, Debra Martin, of Yorktown; a son, William George Martin Jr. (Lisa), of Essington, Pennsylvania; a brother, John T. Newsome Jr. (Joan), of Colorado Springs, Colorado; special friend Ana Alicea; grandsons, William Martin III and Daniel Lipchock; and many nieces and nephews
The family requests her service to be private.
