Frances Israel Tom, of Virginia Beach, died Oct. 22, 2015, at the age of 62.
Born in Ardsley, New York, she was the daughter of the late Irving “Kayo” Israel and Irene Israel and the widow of Merle H. Tom.
Left to cherish her memory are her daughter, Alison Tom, of Virginia Beach and brother, Robert Israel.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 p.m. Monday, Oct. 26, 2015, at Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Great Neck Chapel. The funeral will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Oct. 27, 2015, at the funeral home chapel. Interment will follow at Princess Anne Memorial Park.
