Alexander Donald Wilson, 14, Lafayette High School student who enjoyed athletics

Alexander Donald Wilson, of Williamsburg, died Dec. 27, 2014, at the age of 14.

He was a student at Lafayette High School and a member of Walnut Hills Baptist Church. He enjoyed Dream Catchers, United Athletes and the Special Olympics.

Alex is survived by his parents, Timothy and Karen; sisters, Jordan Wilson and Kathryn LittleJohn (Andrew); brother, Ryan; grandmothers, Catherine Wilson and Evelyn Simmons; and many extended family members. He will be loved and missed by all who knew him.

A visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 30, 2014, at Nelsen Funeral Home, 3785 Strawberry Plains Rd., Williamsburg. Services will take place at 11 a.m. Wednesday, Dec. 31, 2014, at Walnut Hills Baptist Church, 1014 Jamestown Rd., Williamsburg with interment to follow at Williamsburg Memorial Park.
