Joan McGhee Adams, of Toano, died July 11, 2014, at the age of 72.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Robert and Pauline McGhee; sister, Judy M. King; and brothers, Robert McGhee and Frank McGhee.
She is survived by her husband, Allen Cheatham Adams; children, Mary A. Marks (Steve), Kevin Adams (Terri) and Diane Shuster (Jeff); grandchildren, Christopher Marks, Christine Adams, Tommy and Wayne Meadows; and brother, William McGhee.
Graveside services will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, July 15, 2014, at Williamsburg Memorial Park.
