
Juanita E. Lee, wife of Garry B. Lee and resident of Williamsburg, died peacefully Wednesday, June 25, 2014, at the age of 54.
She was an educator for over 10 years, member of the church choir and member of the organization, Beyond Boobs. She received many awards in her lifetime, but one of her proudest accomplishments was being featured in the 2013 calendar for Beyond Boobs.
She was born Aug. 23, 1959, in Hampton, daughter of Sam Revish and the late Esther Revish.
She is survived by three children, Domiana Johnson (Constantine), Estelle Lee and Gary Stevenson; four grandchildren, Constiana and Elijah Johnson and Tyson and Christian; four siblings; and a host of other loving relatives and caring friends.
Mrs. Lee may be viewed from 5 to 7 p.m. Tuesday, July 1, 2014, at Whiting’s Funeral Home. A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, July 2, 2014, at St. John Baptist Church, 1397 Penniman Road.
