WILLIAMSBURG — The William & Mary Board of Visitors will meet in Williamsburg April 19-21 to conduct regular business of the board, the university announced.
Committee meetings will begin at 3:30 p.m. on Wednesday, April 19, in 2018B of Alan B. Miller Hall and should conclude by 5 p.m., according to the university.
A required public hearing to provide an overview of the university’s budget, potential actions on undergraduate tuition and fees, and seeking public comment, will be held in Brinkley Commons of Miller Hall from 5-6 p.m. At 6:45 p.m., the board will attend a dinner with the Rector at a private residence.
Committee meetings will resume at 8 a.m. on Thursday, April 20, in Brinkley Commons of Miller Hall. At 12:15 p.m., the board will have lunch and take a tour of Swem Library, and at approximately 2 p.m., committee meetings will resume in Miller Hall and are are scheduled to conclude at 4:30 p.m. The Board will then travel to the Alumni House to attend the Endowed Professorship Program and Reception.
On Friday April 21, committee meetings will resume in Miller Hall at 9 a.m., followed by a meeting of the full board at 10:15 a.m., which is scheduled to conclude at 11:30 a.m. The Friday morning meeting of the full board will also be live streamed on the Board of Visitors webpage.

Meetings are open to the public, but with the exception of the public hearing, there will be no opportunity for public comment.
