NEWPORT NEWS — Synetheia Newby, motivational speaker and coach, will host an online seminar about breakups Tuesday.
The 45-minute workshop is free and open to the public.
Newby, Greater Works Consulting Group president and lead consultant, will provide tips to attendees including dealing with emotions, going through the stages of grief and moving forward, according to the Facebook event page.
This event is Newby’s latest project, Dear Single Sister, empowers women through networking, online summits and other opportunities.
