Do you know this man? Police say he robbed a gas station in Newport News

NEWPORT NEWS — A gas station here was robbed Wednesday night and police are looking for the suspect.

They released a video surveillance footage of the incident to solicit information from the public.

At 10 p.m., officers were dispatched to the Shell gas station at 10901 Warwick Blvd. in response to a “robbery from business” call.

Police said a man dressed in all black entered the gas station with his handgun drawn. The suspect had on blue gloves. He demanded money from the clerk, police said. No injuries were reported.

Authorities are asking anyone who may have information about the incident or the suspect to call the Crime Line, 888-LOCK-U-UP.
