YORK COUNTY — A missing York High School student has been found.
On Weds., Dec. 8, the York-Poquoson Sheriff’s Office (YPSO) reported that 16-year-old Laila Farrelly was seen around 2:10 p.m. following dismissal at the high school. She was spotted by runners who reported that Laila was walking towards National Park Service grounds behind York High School.
At 8:51 p.m. today (Dec. 10), Shelley Ward, spokesperson for YPSO, notified WYDaily that Laila was found and has since been returned home.
No further details were revealed at this time.
