WILLIAMSBURG — Heritage Humane Society (HHS) will host the second annual Whisky & Wags event at Copper Fox Distillery, 901 Capital Landing Road, on Sunday, Oct. 24 from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
The fundraiser will feature adoptable dogs on site, pet themed merchandise and information about HHS and its mission.
Anyone of legal drinking age who brings an item from the HHS Wishlist or a minimum $5 cash donation, will receive half off on a cocktail. The most popular items on the wish list include, cat litter, canned pet food, laundry detergent, dog treats and dog toys.
“Well-behaved” pets are welcome to attend the event as long as they are on a leash.
