The Yorktown Art Stroll is happening Sunday.

The event, sponsored by the Yorktown Arts Foundation and York County with support from the York County Arts Commission, will showcase local artists and their work, according to the announcement.

The event is free and open to the public, rain or shine.

“Head to the beautiful Yorktown Waterfront to admire the work of more than 30 local artists,” according to the Yorktown Art Stroll Facebook event description. “Small businesses have been hit hard this year, and we know these talented men and women would appreciate your support now more than ever. “

People who attend the art stroll can look at different artwork from acrylic paintings and photography prints to pottery and wood work pieces at the The Freight Shed and Riverwalk Landing.

Audio Portrait will perform from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

“Due to the evolving nature of the COVID-19 pandemic–––all York County sponsored and partner community events are subject to postponement or cancellation,” according to Yorktown Art Stroll’s flyer. “This includes changes to dates, times, and locations.”

The Yorktown Art Stroll is at Riverwalk Landing, 425 Water St., on Sunday, Sept. 27 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.
