Virginia Beach Public Utilities has established a new temporary office to assist walk-in customers and customers paying utility connection fees, according to a press release.
The new office is located behind Building 23 of the Municipal Center (2473 North Landing Road).
Hours of operation are Monday-Friday, 8 a.m.–4:30 p.m.
This office accepts walk-in customers for Public Utilities account issues and bill payments by check or money order.
Utility connection customers must still call 385-4171 to schedule an appointment prior to arrival. Customer parking is available behind Building 23. Signs will be posted to direct customers to the proper location.
