Garbage collection will be delayed one day. There will be no change to recycling collection.
James City County
- All county offices, closed.
- James City County Recreation Center, closed.
- Abram Frink Jr. Community Center, closed.
- Freedom Park store and office, closed.
- Convenience Centers, closed.
- Garbage Transfer Station, closed.
- Williamsburg-James City County Library, closed.
- Williamsburg-James City County Courthouse, closed.
- Chickahominy Riverfront Park store and office, open.
- James City County Marina store and office, open.
- Little Creek Reservoir Park store and office, open.
Curbside recycling will be delayed by one day.
York County
- Courthouse, closed.
- York County offices, closed.
- York-Poquoson Social Services, closed.
- York County Public Libraries, closed.
- Waste Management Center offices, closed.
- Virginia Peninsula Public Service Authority Composting Facility, closed.
- York-Poquoson Cooperative Extension, closed.
- Waste Management Transfer Station, open regular hours.
Curbside garbage collections will not be affected. Curbside recycling collection will be delayed one day.
Hampton
- City Offices, closed.
- City Schools, closed.
- Garbage Collection – Monday’s collection will be made Wednesday, Sept. 4.
- Yard Waste Site, closed.
- Street Sweeping – Makeup day is Saturday, Sept. 7.
