If one of your New Year’s resolutions is to avoid waiting in line at the Department of Motor Vehicles, you have some options.
The Virginia DMV has released its 2019 schedule for DMV 2 Go and DMV Connect, mobile DMV services that can assist customers with most DMV errands except testing and vital records.
In many cases, the mobile DMV has shorter wait times than DMV customer service centers, according to a news release from the department. Customers can also get federally-compliant REAL IDs at DMV 2 Go and DMV Connect.
