A detour has been lifted on Interstate 64 west after a tractor-trailer jackknifed Tuesday morning.
All westbound lanes are open.
Three miles of traffic congestion remains, but is “clearing quickly,” VDOT Hampton Roads said on Twitter.

A crash has blocked traffic on Interstate 64, causing at least a 4-mile backup.
Virginia State Police were called to a crash involving a tractor-trailer just before 7 a.m. Tuesday at mile marker 245 on westbound I-64, police spokeswoman Sgt. Michelle Anaya said.
There were no injuries in the crash, Anaya said.
The tractor-trailer jackknifed, blocking all of the westbound lanes, Anaya said.
Motorists are being detoured off the interstate at exit 247, according to the Virginia Department of Transportation.
