NORFOLK — Police here said they are now investigating the death of a 21-year-old man as a homicide.
Officers were called out around 2:41 p.m. Sunday to a home in 2300 block of Bolton Street on a report “of an unresponsive man inside of a residence.”
The man, who was later identified as Jabre J. Crosby, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police did not release other details of the case citing an open investigation.
