In 111 days, professional golfers will once again descend on the Kingsmill Resort in James City County for the 15th annual Kingsmill Championship.

The resort is set to host players from the Ladies Professional Golf Association (LPGA) from May 14-20 for the golf tournament, according to a James City County news release.

Players will take to the “renowned” river course at the resort.

The event will also host a LPGA junior clinic for children on May 19. Pre-registration is required for the no-cost clinic.

From May 19-20 the event will feature a “family fun zone” for families visiting the tournament.

Members of the military and their family members can enjoy the tournament and a special hospitality tent with complimentary tickets. The tent will have free snacks and drinks on the 15th green.

Tickets are not required for the May 14-15 practice rounds, but tickets will be necessary for the rest of the tournament. Children ages 17 and under will receive complimentary admission with each paid adult ticket.
