NORFOLK — Police are searching for a woman accused of stealing packages from the front porch of an Ocean View home on Wednesday.
Surveillance video taken from the front porch of a home in the 1300 block of Kingston Avenue shows a woman get out of a white van around 1:50 p.m., quickly come onto the front porch and pick up the packages before getting back into the passenger side of the vehicle and fleeing the scene.
In the video, the woman appears to wear a dark hooded jacket with light stripes down the arms, jeans and dark boots.
