VIRGINIA BEACH — A 31-year-old Virginia Beach man died after he drove his car off a road and hit a tree on Monday, police say.
James Thomas Hayden died when he crashed in the 300 block of North Lynnhaven Road. Preliminary investigation showed speeding may have been a factor in the crash, according to the Virginia Beach Police Department.
The crash is under investigation.
