VIRGINIA BEACH — A person who drove off of the road and hit a tree died in a crash in Virginia Beach on Monday, according to police.
According to the Virginia Beach Police Department, the driver may have been speeding when they crashed in the 300 block of North Lynnhaven Road.
Police have not yet identified the driver. The crash is under investigation.
