Two teens shot inside Norfolk restaurant, police say

NORFOLK — An overnight shooting inside a Norfolk restaurant has left two 19-year-old men injured, police say.

Just after 2 a.m. Saturday, Norfolk police were called to the PM Restaurant and Lounge located at 3930 E. Princess Anne Road after reports of a “gunshot disturbance” inside the restaurant, according to a department news release.

First responders found a 19-year-old man suffering from an apparent gunshot wound and transported him to Sentara Norfolk General Hospital for treatment.

“[He] is expected to be okay,” the release stated.

While police were on scene, a second 19-year-old man was dropped off at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital suffering from an apparent gunshot wound, the release said. The second victim’s injuries were considered “life-threatening.”

Police stated that a preliminary investigation revealed the two teenagers were inside the Restaurant and Lounge when they received their injuries.
