NORFOLK — A juvenile was arrested in connection with the shooting death of an 18-year-old Norfolk man at a motel in early August, police said.
On Aug. 8, police were called to the Days Inn on the 1400 block of North Military Highway for reports of shots fired. Officers located Anthony Sinclair, who had been shot. Sinclair was pronounced dead at the motel.
The juvenile, who police have not identified because of his age, suspected of killing Sinclair was arrested on Wednesday without incident. The juvenile was charged with second-degree murder and the use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
