Norfolk police search for alleged Dodge’s Chicken robber

NORFOLK  — Police are searching for a man they believe robbed a Norfolk restaurant on Sunday.

The Norfolk Police Department believes the man was armed with a gun when he went into Dodge’s, a chicken restaurant located at 8110 Hampton Blvd., and demanded money from a clerk around 4:45 a.m. After he was given cash, he fled the restaurant without injuring anyone.

The man is described as being in his early 20s and having dreadlocks down to his shoulders. He was wearing a purple T-shirt and black jeans at the time of the robbery.
