VIRGINIA BEACH — Police are investigating a 16-year-old boy after a teenage girl said he threatened her into performing sexual acts on him then filmed it.
The 15-year-old girl told the Virginia Beach Police Department that in May she was having a consensual sexual encounter with another juvenile when the 16-year-old boy began recording it on his phone, according to documents filed in Virginia Beach Circuit Court.
The 16-year-old boy walked away from the pair, and the girl finished performing the sexual act. Shortly after that, the 16-year-old returned and told the girl he would share the video if she didn’t perform oral sex on him, court documents state.
The boy promised to delete the video if she performed the oral sex, so she did.
On June 6, the 16-year-old told the girl that he recorded her giving him oral sex and that he’d show the video to others unless she had sex with him. She refused.
During a July search, police took “digital evidence” off of the 16-year-old’s phone. Documents do not detail what they found during the search.
