1st Advantage Federal Credit Union expands into Virginia Beach

VIRGINIA BEACH — A Yorktown-based credit union expanded into Virginia Beach this week.

1st Advantage Federal Credit Union held the grand opening for their Town Center location on Wednesday. The company says that with this new location, 1st Advantage’s service area now includes all of Hampton Roads.

“We are excited to be a part of the Virginia Beach Town Center community and look forward to now serving local residents and business owners in all of the greater Hampton Roads area,” CEO Paul Muse said in a news release.

1st Advantage was established in 1951 and currently serves more than 60,000 members through their 15 branches.

Anyone who lives, works, worships or goes to school in Hampton Roads is eligible for membership.
