
NORFOLK – A 33-year-old man has been arrested in connection with an Easter morning shooting that injured three people.
Louis Parker, 33, is accused of shooting two men in the 800 block of Fremont Street on Sunday.
Dispatchers were notified of the shooting around 10 a.m. and responding officers located the two men nearby.
Parker was also injured in the shooting.
The men, police said, were taken to a local hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
Parker was taken into custody shortly after the shooting, according to police, and has been charged with two counts of malicious wounding and two counts of use of a firearm in the commission of a felony.
