One of the Jamestown-Scotland Ferry’s vessels is currently out of service and may not be running during Tuesday evening’s rush hour.
Laurie Simmons with the Virginia Department of Transportation said the Williamsburg ferry is being repaired, leaving two boats to run during the evening commute.
“The boat might not return in enough time for peak rush hour,” she said, adding motorists should expect potential delays.
