Original Post: James City County will host a Neighborhood Leaders Forum that features James City Service Authority General Manager Doug Powell and remarks from the county’s police department.
The forum, scheduled for 6:30 p.m. Wednesday, is designed to educate citizens about governmental agencies and allow them to interact and ask questions. It will be held at the James City Recreation Center at 5301 Longhill Road.
The county holds similar meetings on the second Wednesday of every other month. Along with the remarks from Powell and the police, the forum will include a networking break where citizens can meet other neighborhood representatives.
