The entrance fee at Historic Jamestowne will increase to $14 for adults age 16 and older starting Saturday.
Effective Saturday, the $14 entrance fee will include unlimited admission to Historic Jamestowne and Yorktown Battlefield for seven consecutive days. Visitors who purchase or have a Senior, Interagency or Preservation Virginia pass will pay a $5 entrance fee.
Military pass holders and children under 16 years old will be admitted free of charge and all National Park Service Fee Free Days will be observed.
The new fee will support archaeological research and educational programs at Historic Jamestowne.
