54 W&M Football Players Earn CAA Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll Accolades

RICHMOND — The William & Mary football team continues to build upon its tradition of academic excellence, as 54 Tribe student-athletes were recognized on the CAA Football Commissioner’s Academic Honor Roll for the spring semester.

To garner the distinction, student-athletes must be enrolled full-time and have attained a minimum GPA of 3.0 for the designated academic term.

Representing the Tribe for the spring semester were: Drew Babcock, Drew Ball, Bryce Barnes, Jackson Blee, Elijah Booth, Jaden Boring, Owen Copeland, Marcus Crowell, Aidan Cunningham, Harrison Daley, Quinn Devlin, Clayton Dobler, Jonathan Egwuatu, Charles Grant, Josh Guilford, Justin Hiller, Garrett Huyck, Malachi Imoh, Justin Johnson, Jaedon Joyner, John Kearney, DreSean Kendrick, Greg Klingensmith, Isaiah Lemmond, Nick Levy, Kyle Love, Kadin Lynch, Hollis Mathis, JT Mayo, Josh McCormick, Sean McElwain, TJ McGill, Ryan McKenna, Luka O’Day, Tyler Oedekoven, Andrew Piercy, Elijah Rainer, Hayden Raley, Jack Reuter, David Roulley, Ryan Shonk, Imari Smith, Drew Sotka, Malcolm Spencer, Joey Svoboda, Colton Turner, George White, Will Whitehurst, AJ Woodard, Jake Worthen, Ryan Wozniak, Will Wright, Ethan Yip and Momen Zahid.

In addition to the academic success, W&M garnered a national ranking during the 2023 campaign and finished the fall with a winning record for the third consecutive season.

W&M will kick off the 2024 season when it hosts VMI at Zable Stadium on Aug. 29. Season tickets are now on sale and can be purchased at TribeAthletics.com.
