Hello, I’m Gold! And yes, I’m more valuable than any other piece of currency that you’ve ever met! I came to the Norfolk Animal Care and Adoption Center because my owners couldn’t have my breed where they moved into. I am a very sweet and gentle older fella who would really appreciate almost any type of home. I am good with children (5+) as long as they understand their hands do not belong in my food bowls and that I’m not a pillow to be laid on. Since I am a senior, I qualify for the “Golden Paws” program, so I have a reduced adoption fee of $35. I have tested well with dogs during my stay here, so if you already have a dog at home, lets have a play date before we go home together.
