An enduring commitment to the community

In honor of serving the local community.  Kim Maloney and the James City County Bruton Volunteer Fire Department had handed out 800 turkeys free at the Williamsburg Pottery on a first come, first serve basis on Saturday, November 17th 2018.

In 2005, to continue the legacy of her late husband and Pottery founder, Kim Maloney formally established the James Maloney Foundation. The Foundation’s specific purpose is to help and support charitable organizations and educational institutions located in or serving the citizens of Williamsburg, James City and York Counties.

The Foundation is funded solely by the Williamsburg Pottery, which donates one percent of its sales every year to support the Foundation’s philanthropic activities.

The James Maloney foundation also presented their annual donations to:  York – Poquoson Sheriff’s office, York County Fire & Life Safety, James City County Bruton VFD, and the James City County Police Department.
