How was your pet’s name chosen?
My husband and I are Boston natives and adopted Sox in 2008 (the year after the Red Sox won the World Series). We thought it was clever, as he also has white paws, which look like little socks.
Does your pet have a favorite walking route?
Sox loves to spastically tear around the house at 11PM. He also loves escaping out of the backdoor to gnaw on the ornamental grass.
What is your pet’s favorite food or treat?
Ornamental grass or ice cream.
Does your pet have a pet peeve? If so, what is it?
One too many belly rubs or the site of a bird or squirrel on the other side of the window glass.
If your pet could speak, what would be its favorite word and why?
“Hello” because he always greets me with chirps when I wake up in the morning or arrive home from any amount of time out of the house.
