The list below covers full closures of interstates, ramps, bridges and primary roads, and single-lane closures at the bridge-tunnels and the Coleman, High Rise and James River bridges.
Scheduled closures are subject to change based on weather conditions and other factors.

Bridges & Tunnels
Hampton Roads Bridge-Tunnel, I-64
- Alternating, mobile, single-lane closures eastbound Feb. 7-9 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
Monitor-Merrimac Memorial Bridge Tunnel, I-664
- Alternating, mobile, single-lane closures in both directions Feb. 6-10 from as early as 8 p.m. to 5 a.m.
James River Bridge (Route 17):
- Single-lane closure southbound Feb. 8 from 9 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.
- Alternating, mobile, single-lane closures in both directions Feb. 9 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Elizabeth River Tunnels (Downtown/Midtown Tunnels):

Interstate 64 (I-64)
I-64, Hampton
- Alternating, single-lane closures on the off-ramp from I-64 west to I-664 south (exit 264A):
- Feb. 6 from 4 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Feb. 7-10 from 6 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Feb. 11-12 from 6 p.m. to 11 a.m.
I-64 Express Lanes
- Full closure in both directions:
- Feb. 5-6 from noon to 6:30 p.m.
- Feb. 7-8 from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
I-64, Southside Widening, High Rise Bridge Expansion:

- Alternating, single-lane closures on I-64 west between I-664 north/Route 13/Route 58 (exit 299) and Shell Road (overpass), Feb. 7-13 from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Single-lane closure on I-64 west at the High Rise Bridge Feb. 7-13 from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m.
- Double-lane closure on I-64 west near mile marker 299 (near Bowers Hill) Feb. 6-9 from 7 p.m. to 5 a.m., and Feb. 11 from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m.

Interstate 264 (I-264)
I-64 / I-264 Interchange Improvements Project, Norfolk/Virginia Beach:
- Ongoing shift to the left of the flyover from I-64 west to mainline I-264 east (inside set) at the bridge over Kempsville road, reducing mainline I-264 east by one lane in this location, remaining in place through early 2022.
- Alternating, multi-lane closures on I-264 in both directions from Newtown Road (exit 15) to Witchduck Road (exit 16) Jan. 30 to Feb. 5 from 7 p.m. until as late as 10 a.m.
- Consecutive, double-lane closure on I-264 west between Witchduck Road (exit 16) and Newtown Road (exit 15) on Jan. 28 at 7 p.m. to Jan. 31 at 5 a.m. and on Feb. 4 at 7 p.m. to Feb. 7 at 5 a.m.
- Ongoing shift to the left of the flyover from I-64 west to mainline I-264 east (inside set) at the bridge over Kempsville road, reducing mainline I-264 east by one lane in this location, remaining in place through early 2022.

Interstate 564 (I-564)
I-564, Norfolk
- Consecutive, double-lane closures on I-564 west between the I-64 west interchange and Terminal Boulevard:
- Feb. 4 at 7 p.m. through Feb. 7 at 5 a.m.
- Feb. 11 at 7 p.m. through Feb. 14 at 5 a.m.
Interstate 664 (I-664)
I-664, Suffolk:
- Full closure of the off-ramp from I-664 south to Route 17 west (James River Bridge/Bridge Road ) (exit 9) Feb. 7-10 from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m.
I-664, Hampton:
- Alternating, single-lane closures on the off-ramp from I-664 north to I-64 east (exit 1B):
- Feb. 6 from 4 p.m. to 5 a.m.
