JAMES CITY COUNTY — A Newport News man was killed Friday after his vehicle ran off Interstate 64 and overturned in James City County, according to Virginia State Police.
The crash occurred at about 5:39 p.m. Aug. 21 on westbound I-64 near the 233-mile marker. Preliminary investigation indicates the vehicle lost control, ran off the road and overturned.
The driver, 61-year-old Reginald Holland, sustained fatal injuries, police said. The crash remains under investigation.
