Jessi DiPette, marketing director for Zeiders American Dream Theater in Virginia Beach, called into the 92.3 FM The Tide studio to preview the annual Z Fringe Festival. The festival, April 10-12, showcases original works in many genres by artists from across the region and beyond. DiPette looked ahead at some of the performances, craft vendors, visual works of art, and more, and also shared how to purchase tickets.
